Contact
InterviewBeacon is built by a solo developer, and that same person reads every email that comes in. Bugs, refunds, security reports, feature requests — it all goes to one inbox.
Refunds
Refunds are 14 days, no hoops, for technical issues or an accidental purchase — email the address above. Full policy on the Refund Policy page.
Security reports
Found a security issue? Same email. There's no public issue tracker or bug bounty (it's a solo-developer product), but reports are taken seriously — see the Security page for what the app does and doesn't do today.
FAQ
Is there a contact form?
No. There's no InterviewBeacon backend to receive form submissions, so a mailto link is the honest mechanism — email [email protected] directly.
Why email instead of a public community or chat channel?
Deliberate choice, not an oversight. People are understandably reluctant to post "I'm job-hunting" or "I use AI help in interviews" under their own name in a semi-public chat — a public channel would quietly suppress exactly the most valuable bug reports, the ones from a real interview. Private email keeps that door open.
How fast will you hear back?
There's no formal SLA — this is a solo-developer inbox, not a ticketing system. Every message is read personally by the person who builds the app.
Is this the right place for feature requests?
Yes. The same inbox handles bugs, refunds, security reports, and feature requests — there's no separate channel to guess between.
